elegant decor but needs bathroom maintenance
The atmosphere is truly remarkable with splendid decor that creates an elegant setting. Our host, Lukas, provided exceptional service, ensuring we felt at home during our stay. The family room offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area, enhancing our experience immensely.
The bathroom doorknob was broken, which detracted from the overall comfort.

Totally recommend for a brief stopover
Comfortable room, cozy bathroom, with a very clean setup and easy access to public transportation just a 15-minute walk from the city center.
No complaints from me.

Lovely Georgian building, large lounge for guests, easy access to tourist attractions
The lack of en-suite bathrooms is simply inconvenient!!! Old mattresses need immediate replacement, and flimsy furnishings throughout the room leave a lot to be desired!!!

It was just a suitable option for a transient stop in Edinburgh with a great value-to-price ratio. The apartment is decorated beautifully with a mix of period features and modern fittings, making it a cozy place to relax.

Staying here was a delightful experience for our family visit to Edinburgh. The location was great – just a short walk to local shops and attractions, which made it easy to explore the area with our little ones. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The refreshment tray was a nice touch, especially with the cute little biscuit for the kids. Overall, it felt like a cozy home away from home.

The charming decor was a real highlight. The shower didn't have consistent hot water, though.

The location was a gem, just a stroll away from the well-loved Number Seven Restaurant for memorable bites! Lukas was a star, providing fab directions and warm hospitality. Our room was all set with a refreshment tray—penguin biscuit included!
Had a cheeky hiccup with the shower's hot water—daughter struggled, but a cozy bath saved the day. Also, a few cobwebs were hanging around, but who isn’t a fan of a little character?

We had a great time on our group trip! The house was cozy, and the location was a breeze for visiting local spots like the Cathedral and Princes Street. Our host was super friendly, and the common area with games was a perfect hangout. Don't miss the local restaurants. they're fantastic!
The only hiccup was the broken bathroom doorknob, which caused a bit of stress during the stay.

I spent a night here and really enjoyed the cozy vibe, especially chilling in the lovely outdoor area and the spacious lounge with a bunch of games. The only downside was some minor issues with the Wi-Fi, but it didn’t put a damper on my stay. I'd say it’s a great spot if you’re looking for a simple place to hang out! 😊
